More than 3,000 exhibitors covering over 170,000 square meters—that’s what visitors can expect at Cosmoprof 2026 at the BolognaFiere exhibition and convention center. DACHSER Cosmetics Logistics will be there. Once again this year, the industry solution team is looking forward to lively discussions with industry professionals and decision-makers from the cosmetics sector at the DACHSER booth. Last year, the trade fair attracted a total of around 255,000 visitors.

“The cosmetics industry is characterized by short product life cycles and high demands on quality, sustainability, and speed. At Cosmoprof, we will show what a globally integrated, efficient, and reliable supply chain for cosmetics companies can look like. We look forward to presenting our solutions to an international audience and establishing new partnerships,” says Bruno Guillard, Department Head DACHSER Cosmetics Logistics. “One highlight is the DACHSER Retail Box. At our booth, we will demonstrate how the new reusable transport system in the form of a roll container optimizes efficiency, safety, and sustainability in retail logistics.”

Customized logistics solutions for the cosmetics industry in Europe and worldwide

DACHSER Cosmetics Logistics offers customized transport and warehousing services for customers in the cosmetics sector and draws on a strong global network that gives them easy access to all key European and global markets.

The range of services offered by DACHSER Cosmetics Logistics also includes a variety of value-added services. These include composite or multi-packaging, display assembly and repairs, product packaging, and the provision of special packaging and services during delivery.

Within the industry solution, all processes along the supply chain are digitally controlled and documented in real time. Security is a top priority, especially for high-priced products. For example, exclusive cosmetic products can be given special protection in dedicated secure warehouses. Seals, regular vehicle checks, and digital video surveillance provide an additional level of security.

With its expertise in last-mile delivery (urban distribution) and omnichannel distribution (B2B, B2C, travel retail, and retail) for beauty products, DACHSER meets the high expectations of its customers.

Focus on sustainability

Sustainability plays an important role in the cosmetics industry. More and more consumers are actively looking for sustainable brands. In addition to the use of natural, biodegradable, and responsibly sourced ingredients and sustainable packaging systems, logistics is also becoming increasingly important for cosmetics companies in order to reduce environmental impact throughout the entire product life cycle.

DACHSER pursues a long-term sustainability strategy based on process and energy efficiency, innovation, and responsible action to consistently reduce emissions in the long term. Receiving the silver medal in the 2025 EcoVadis rating, which is considered the global standard for corporate social responsibility (CSR) and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) assessments, underscores this approach, among other things. This places DACHSER among the top 12 percent of all companies assessed. The B rating from the CDP (Carbon Disclosure Project) also confirms the logistics provider’s commitment to coordinated and effective climate protection measures.
