General Terms and Conditions
DACHSER provides services for its customers on the basis of a wide range of legal principles and regulations. In addition to optimizing the physical transport service, the provision of relevant information is also part of our service concept. We are therefore pleased to offer you important transport regulations and insurance-relevant framework conditions for download.
The following applies to Germany:
We work exclusively on the basis of the German Freight Forwarders’ Standard Terms and Conditions 2017 (ADSp 2017). Express reference is made to the liability provisions in the ADSp 2017 that deviate from the statutory provisions. The ADSp 2017 are available at any time at http://www.dachser.de/adsp and will be sent upon request.
DACHSER also works in other countries on the basis of the relevant national General Freight Forwarders’ Terms and Conditions. For further information and exceptions to this, please contact the DACHSER branch responsible for you.
