DACHSER’s network is growing—for example, in Germany, Austria, Italy, the Nordic countries, and, most recently, in the United Kingdom following the acquisition of Drummond. For the benefit of its customers and in line with DACHSER’s mission to become the world’s most integrated logistics provider, the company is working intensively to fully integrate these new companies into its network. Fully—what does that mean? From an operational perspective, the key is to implement systems and processes quickly and consistently. However, the decisive factor for success is the people. As a rule, the new companies have already known us for years as a reliable partner. Shared values such as quality, reliability, and a long-term perspective form a strong foundation for growing together.
Throughout the entire integration process, delivering high-quality service to our clients is our top priority. Clearly structured, standardized processes and dedicated teams ensure that local operational units can continue to provide their services reliably and without interruption.
As a rule, the new companies have already known us for years as a reliable partner.
Logistics as a growth factor
At the same time, the integration opens up new opportunities for our employees’ personal and professional development. Colleagues from different industries, countries, roles, and hierarchical levels work together on these projects.
